Paradise Flowers wants to ensure our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience, where they can make purchases confidently. Paradise Flowers has a customer friendly return policy which is tailored to protect our customers. The policy is mentioned below-
If you have received a damaged / defected product:
This happens very rarely. But if any of our customer face it, please mail us immediately with a photograph. Our expert teams will attend your complaint to know about and justify the fact. If the case is true, then our company will replace the said damaged / defected products without charging any extra cost. Customer no need to return the damage items.
If product is not received / missing :- In the case of any missing items, our company replace it within 7 days from the date of getting the compliant from our customer.
Refund Policy :-
We have customer friendly refund policy which ensures zero loss to the customers. The policies mentioned below :-
In case of non availability of the product : If any items not available with us, we will refund the entire order value withing 7 working days through its original payment mode.
In case of received damaged items : In case of receiving any damaged items from us, we will initiate replacement within 7 working days without any extra cost. In that case no refund will be provided.
If product is missing : We will initiate replacement within 7 working days without any extra cost. In that case no refund will be provided.
If, any customer wants to cancel his prepaid order, just email us to our registered email info@paradiseflowers.in within 24 hours from the placing of order with proper reason. Any other mode of communication will not be accepted for the purpose of record keeping. If your reason is valid, we will refund the entire amount through original payment mode within 7 days from the date of email we received.
Any disputes regarding return and refund policy will be entertained within the Jurisdiction of Raiganj, West Bengal only.
